These Terms govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by AIOS by Ayothedoc, including our AI operations services. By using our site or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We install and operate an AI Operating System and related automation, as described on our Plans & Pricing page. Scope is confirmed at kickoff.
2. Plans, billing, and renewals
- One-time services (e.g. the install sprint) are billed upfront.
- Monthly plans are subscriptions billed in advance via Stripe and renew until cancelled. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Prices exclude applicable taxes.
3. Ownership
You own the automations, configurations and documentation we build within your accounts. We retain our pre-existing tools, templates and methodologies.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
5. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania.
